In the wonderful garden level there are a swimming pool, which is half covered and half not, sunbeds and poof to enjoy your bath and sunbathing, living room and dining room for 8 people for wonderful tasty meetings.
At the garden level there is a large, bright and welcoming living room, equipped with a large smart TV and a small gym as well as a quiet, cozy corner to enjoy a book or a table with a sofa (which can be turned into a bed).
On the central level, on the kitchen terrace, there is a table with chairs and an umbrella, another quiet corner for small treats. There are two comfortable and bright living rooms for a total of 15 people both equipped with large smart TVs as well as a main dining room for a total of 12 people.
On the upper level there are a total of 3 spacious and bright bedrooms, all air conditioned, with their own balcony and mountain and sea views. The 2 bedrooms have (each) a double bed, spacious closets and a shared large bathroom with bathtub, double sinks, bidet, and basin. The master bedroom has its own wardrobe and large bathroom with built-in shower cabin, double sinks, bidet and bath.
The villa has two kitchens on different levels. The main kitchen is located on the central level, comfortable and bright, with a wonderful view, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all the meals of the day, it makes cooking a delight! The second kitchen is located on the pool level overlooking the magnificent garden. It has all the basics to make breakfast or a quick snack.
