Kos Luxury villa is comprised of ten private, luxury and romantic suites with a breathtaking view to the Aegean Sea. Suites are located by the amazing beach of Lampi only 4 kms away from the Kos Island city center.
Each suite is meticulously decorated with colonial elements, harmoniously combined with Greek decoration touches, which will fascinate you.
We make sure to successfully fulfill every need you have prior or during your stay and do not provide just accommodation needs, but different luxury experiences.
All suites are comprised of bedroom, living room, one or two bathrooms, fully equipped balcony, veranda or garden, satellite TV with music channels, air conditioning system, telephone line, safe box, espresso coffee machine, tea and food preparation equipment, kitchen, refrigerator, Wi-Fi. You may also find «Olive» or «Mastic Spa» bath toiletries in all our suites, slippers, bathrobes, «KENTIA» towels and linen, hair dryer. Additionally, we give our residents the option of a pillow selection from our «Pillow Menu», such as technogel® pillow, feather pillow etc. Laundry services (extra charge), and fresh bottled water in your rooms in a daily basis. Our restaurant promises unforgettable gastronomic experience with delicious dishes, fresh ingredients and first class service.
During your stay  you have free access to our «Bio Farm corner», an organic vegetable and fruit garden, which can give you the opportunity to taste directly from nature. A fully equipped BBQ is placed in the house garden, available for any resident to use it either individually or during our BBQ nights. You may always enjoy your cocktail or beverage at our pool bar while admiring the spectacular sunset.
